Join the team at the Big Horn Resort as a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, where exceptional guest service meets a welcoming work environment. These roles are responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering questions, handling reservations, and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care. As Night Auditor, you’ll also ensure daily financial records are balanced and reports are accurately prepared. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
